SEPTEMBER 2,2006
At 1449hrs we were dispatched for a structure in a mutual aid area for smell of smoke in a structure. We were cancelled prior to being on scene at 1454hrs. Prior to response were Engines 15,16,17,4,11,13 Tankers 15,16 and EMS 12
 
 
SEPTEMBER 2,2006
After returning from a possible structure fire we were dispatched for a MVA with ejection in our territory at 3rd street and Juniata St. involving a Chevy Cavalier and a fire apparatus.
 
 
 
SEPTEMBER 3,2006
Around 1300hrs we were dispatched for a automatic alarm in Company 13's terrirtory up the street from the station to a high rise building.  Lt 13-1 along with a crew went to the 5th floor to investigate and turned out to be food on the stove burnt.  Along with dispatch was Rescue 14, Truck 14, Truck 11, Engine 11, Engines 13-1&13-2.  Deodorization was used and Lt13-1 place the box available around 1315hrs.
 
 
 
STRUCTURE FIRE
At 10:49am crews were dispatched to a structure fire reported with flames and smoke visible.  The house fire happen to be about a block down from station 13 headquarters. Engine 13-1 arrived on scene along with Chief 14 and found hevy smoke and fire coming from division 1 and Engine 13-1 crew went to work immediately along with other incoming units. Units were on scene for almost 2hrs. No one was home at the time except for the family dog which did not make it out. Lt 13-2 was injured during operations with the first attack line in the structure due to a knee injury but has successfully recovered.
 
 
 
 
STRUCTURE FIRE
On Friday the 13th of October  crews were dispatched at 0024 hrs for a structure fire at 139 Valley St with possible entrapment. Arriving units found heavy fire and smoke coming from 2 occupied residential homes. Crews were on scene for 5hrs before being released. The good news is everyone got out safe and unharmed.  There were to automatic alarms through out the day at Ashers Chocolates within a couple of hours apart.
 
 
 
STAND BY IN HEADQUARTERS
Stations 11,13 & 14 were dispatched at 8:39 on November 11,2006 for a stand by in headquarters for a bomb threat at one of the area schools. Crews were placed available 10 minutes later with nothing found by police dept.
